CONTEXT:  

This training course presents the specific requirements of STELLANTIS described in the STELLANTIS Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and the Quality Requirements for Suppliers (QRS): 

  • either with the aim of starting a successful collaboration with STELLANTIS, 
  • or to improve your collaboration with STELLANTIS by analyzing your situation and implementing a targeted action plan to meet these requirements. 

This training course for STELLANTIS intends to clarify the expectations of specific STELLANTIS requirements in concrete terms. 

OBJECTIVES: 

  • Get an overview of STELLANTIS documentation and applications (B2B, DocInfo, PLM, Amadeus, e-SQAL, SPOT…). 
  • Identify the requirements applicable to each phase of the collaboration with STELLANTIS from Project development until Mass Production, including warranty requirements 
  • Clarify the link between STELLANTIS CSRs, QRS and IATF requirements.  
  • Take these requirements effectively to succeed in your cooperation with STELLANTIS. 
  • Assess your current practices with respect to STELLANTIS requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. 

PREREQUISITES:

Basic knowledge of automotive sector. 

SPECIFIC OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR REMOTE SESSIONS: 

  • Have a PC with a microphone, a webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: background screens are available on Zoom or Teams to blur or hide the rear view. 
  • Have a good Internet connection, to be tested before the session. 
  • Be installed in a quiet, isolated place ; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams ; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session. 
  • Participants from the same organization should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at his/ her own desk, to avoid any side discussions during the session. Virtual sub-groups will be specially created for the exercises, which will also enable mixed groups.  
  • Remote qualification/certification exams must be taken with camera and microphone open. We may also need to check that you are alone in the room. 
  • Please connect 5 minutes before the start of the session. 

TRAINING METHOD: 

Practical exercises are combined to help participants gradually discover the specific requirements of the STELLANTIS. Group work, followed by feedback sessions, will enable participants to reinforce their understanding. 

The requirements are analyzed logically and progressively, and the paragraphs of the STELLANTIS CSRs and QRS are dissected to identify the key elements. 

Finally, each participant individually or in groups (if several participants from same company) must:  

  • determine which requirements impact them on a regular basis, and how they contribute concretely to their application.  
  • assess the actual level of implementation and performance achieved. 
  • identify your own areas for improvement.

  2. Requirements at the tender stage for signing a contract with STELLANTIS 
  3. Core tools requirements: APQP/PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA. What is STELLANTIS asking about their use? 
  4. Requirements during the product & process development phase 
  5. Requirements during serial life including warranty requirements 
  6. Performance requirements 
  7. Change management requirements 
  8. Final game: Puzzle of STELLANTIS Requirements Mapping

TRAINING MATERIALS: 

Participant's folder containing the theoretical principles stated during the training, the QRS and the lexicon of STELLANTIS acronyms used during the training. Training materials in digital format are made available to trainees a few days before the course.
