CONTEXT:

Jim Rohn says:

                                                                                                                                                                                  Emanuel James Rohn (September 18, 1930 – December 5, 2009), professionally known as Jim Rohn, was an American entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker. He wrote numerous books including “How to obtain wealth and happiness.”

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn how to design or to organize a workplace.
  • Learn in a practical way to evaluate the existing conditions in the company.
  • Learn how to measure the impact of repetitive tasks on the production operators.
  • Understand how to measure the recommended lifting weights in the production activities.
  • Learn to organize the office area working places.

 

PREREQUISITES:

No prerequisite.

 

TRAINING METHOD:

The workshop is based upon the Experimental Learning Principles (“learning by doing”).
The course will be delivered in an interactive manner; all the participants will be involved in the process. The learning content will be transmitted through presentations (the theoretical background) and especially through specific exercises and case studies (related to the professional activity of the participants).
