CONTEXT:

Your company has a quality management system based on the process approach defined in standard EN 9110. You want to train new “first party” internal auditors. 

 
 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Be able to prepare, conduct and close an audit in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011 and EN9101. 
  • Be able to carry out an audit of the effectiveness of the management system built in accordance with EN 9100. 
  • Be able to identify areas for improvement. 
     

 

PREREQUISITES: 

  • Proficiency in EN 9110 or EN 9100.

 

 

TRAINING METHOD:

The teaching method used is fun and varied, to help you master the job of systems auditor by process, in accordance with the requirements of the standard. 

The system audit methodology (CAPDo®) is acquired by alternating sequences of getting to grips with the methodology and putting it into practice on actual aerospace and defence cases.

  4. The risk approach and taking all requirements into account: Risk management 
  5. Audit organisation: Audit PDCA, Building the audit plan according to CAPDo®

  7. The step-by-step CAPDo® audit methodology: Analysis of the process to be audited 
  8. Conducting audits 
  9. Preparing the report 
  10. Familiarity with the operating procedure for the different phases of the audit 
  11. Follow-up of action plans
