CONTEXT:

You are looking for training :

  • To raise awareness of everyone's impact on product compliance and safety, taking human factors into account.
  • Helping you to understand the causes of deviations, and to identify and avoid risky situations.
  • Taking into account the requirements of the RM13010 handbook, and providing answers to chapters 10.2 of EN 9100, and 7.1.4 of ISO 9001 (chap 7.1.4) and to preventive measures against FOD (Foreign Object Debris or Damage).
  • This does not include human factors training under the Part 145 and SGS regulations.

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Understand the impact of human factors on product compliance and safety.
  • Be able to identify the situations in which deviations linked to human factors will be generated.
  • Be able to process the causal chain linked to human factors and integrate them into risk analyses.
  • Be able to interpret the requirements of ISO9001, EN9100, RM13010 and the SCMH recommendations.
  • Be able to adapt your organization to take account of human factors and implement the appropriate measures.

 

PREREQUISITES:

No prerequisites

 

SPECIFIC OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR REMOTE SESSIONS:

  • Have a PC with a microphone, a webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: background screens are available on Zoom or Teams to blur or hide the rear view.
  • Have a good Internet connection, to be tested before the session.
  • Be installed in a quiet, isolated place ; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams ; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session.
  • Participants from the same organization should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at his/ her own desk, to avoid any side discussions during the session. Virtual sub-groups will be specially created for the exercises, which will also enable mixed groups. 
  • Remote qualification/certification exams must be taken with camera and microphone open. We may also need to check that you are alone in the room.
  • Please connect 5 minutes before the start of the session.

 

TRAINING METHOD: 

  • The course will use a practical example to understand and raise awareness of the impact of human factors on product compliance and safety right from the start.
  • It will make the link with the various requirements of the ISO9001, EN9100 and RM13010 standards, which will be presented and analyzed.
  • The course will then cover the various issues and terms, including the regulatory and standards context relating to human factors.
  • The course will detail the different types of human factors in a logical and progressive manner by family, while using practical case studies to reinforce the acquisition of the targeted skills.
  • Finally, the training will help in the analysis of human factors and the implementation of examples of appropriate preventive and corrective measures.

  3. Presentation of ISO9001, EN9100, RM13010 requirements in relation to human factors.
  4. The 3 main families of human factors.
  5. Analysis of types of behavioral human factors.
  6. Analysis of the types of human factors related to communication.
  7. Analysis of types of managerial human factors.
